When contacting us, include the guide's title or URL and only the details needed to explain your question. Do not send passport copies, payment details, or medical records. Our privacy policy explains how correspondence is handled.

What we can help with

A correction. If a price, a schedule or a rule in one of our guides is out of date, tell us which guide and what you saw, and we will check it and update the page. Corrections come first in the inbox.

A question about a guide. Something unclear about a route, a tour length or what to book first? Ask. If the answer would help other readers, it usually ends up in the guide itself.

Press, partnerships and permissions. Requests to work with us, or to reuse part of a guide, go to the same address.

What we cannot do

We do not plan individual trips, do not book anything on your behalf, and do not give personalized insurance, legal or medical advice. Our guides are written to be used on your own, with the operators and insurers you choose.

We also do not publish paid placements. If you are writing to offer one, the answer is no — the reasons are in our affiliate disclosure.

Before you write
